Rice Cop
I really think that your site is quite funny. You obviously have a great sense of humor to be able to poke fun at the import scene without going too far. I can understand someone wanting to add something to their vehicle to make it look a bit sharper or perform better, but some of these creation are disgusting. The fact that these people take themselves seriously automatically draws ridicule to them. I do not own a car myself as I am only 15, so I really am in no position to make any judgment of what anybody drives, but I know what is tasteful and what is ridiculous. I just though I would let you know that I like what you are doing and that there are people who appreciate your sense of humor. Your response to the clowns who send these hate mail are ingenious, you deffinately have a way with words. Well this has run on long enough, great work keep it up.

Hello Trooper(s):

Yes, I am a riceboy. I drive a 95 accord and I've been part of the import scene since 1997. I have a about 227- 230 hp in my car. (True riceboys would know how I got it...i.e H22a with a few goodies). Sorry, I just like bragging about that. Anyways, drivers need to loosen up. Believe it or not, I love going to your website. I find it really interesting. Not only do you get to see some god awful cars, you get to see some really cool ones as well. I dont sense that you guys are bias whatsoever. There are a pics of a few domestics, for instances, that mustang with the GTR badge ( damn, I dont want to even go there). Drivers, loosen up! If you have a wicked ride and you know it, relax, and let these troopers have their fun. For you troopers, keep up the good work, and try to keep the website updated more often. You guys are the Howard Stern of the Import scene. A lot of people hate ya, but they keep coming back. Human nature, go figure.

Stay cool.

Hey!

First off I love your site. You are doing a great service! I just wanted to write to let you know how your site has kept me entertained for hours! I even spend time on your site when I'm sitting in my boring computers class at school. You know my favorite part of the site is the hate mail, it's hilarious to see all these anti ricecop people type these hate e-mails get so bent out of shape, they forget grammar and several other pertenent parts of sentence forming. Which pretty much just speaks for itself. Anyway, keep up the awesome site!

Ricecop,
I appreciate your "ticketing" of these offensive vehicles. I had a chance to read some of the hate mail they sent to you. It appears as if you've struck a cord. I found that your responses were excellent, especially RISPEDINE, as a pharmacy student I can appreciate that humor. Maybe you'd want to add Lithium Bicarb to that regimen because someone who has such a pHat ride must be sane most of the time. Yeah right!

hey! i just thought i'd drop you an e-mail and say that i completely adore your site. these ricers don't know anything about style, or speed for that matter. whenever i hear a rice burner, it reminds me that i have to mow the grass. and what on earth are they thinking with the one windshield wiper thing? if they could only understand how stupid it really looks. oh, and just in case you post this, here's a message to all the little ricers out there: i can afford imports. in fact, i own two: a 2001 bmw m3 supercharged and a 2002 subaru wrx. i don't have ugly stickers all over them, i don't have a bookshelf wing, and i don't have blue or green blinkers...but yet i can run your ass into the ground. looks like those stickers that you wasted money on didn't add the 10hp that you were hoping, eh? *wink*

Let me say first off that this site has the most creativity that I have ever seen! To think of giving out tickets to any vehicle matching this description (domestic or import) is priceless!

Next I must reply, in a generalized way, to each and every hate mail that I have read on this site. First off, most of us that hate 'Rice' are car enthusiasts and that we (most of us) enjoy seeing any car become fast. But most of the 'Rice' around are all show and no go. I don't mind seeing stickers on a car that is sponsered or a wing that serves an actual purpose (i.e. - Touring Cars). And if I ever get beat in a race by a 'Ricer', I will give a thumbs up! Now seeing this stuff on a vehicle that in no way serves any purpose is absolutely ridiculous. So when you read this (hopefully it will make the fan mail pages), please respond with some deligence and respect for comedy!

Thanks for the good laugh while bored at work and keep up the good work!

Your website is great, a welcome addition to the web! Its time these people realize that they do not have the second coming just by adding an outrageous wing, stickers, exhaust or a kit that makes the car look similar to a starship. What's really sad is when these drivers race around on busy streets, with pedestrians, just to show others how great their "ride" is or when racing another car. Do they actually think people like all the lame accouterments? Sure other drivers or pedestrians may stare, but its probably b/c they feel sorry or are laughing at the ridiculous car. Of course, the ultimate example of "ricedom" is the holier than thou attitude. I can give a perfect example. I own a NSX with a Comptech Supercharger as well as other mods. Aside from adding 18" wheels, I have made nor plan to make any ridiculous exterior mods. I prefer the clean simple look on a car. Everything is great...life is good! Well....lets just say it becomes a hassle when commuting back home from school or work or whenever, to have some guy (or girl) in the typical rice-mobile always tailing, wanting to race, or intentionally speeding up. Even after moving over or changing lanes, some fools still stick behind! What the hell! The same thing happens with other friends of mine. One friend of mine owns a 94 Supra Turbo with all the "nice" performance mods (no kit or anything though) and gets the same treatment. These rice worms think they own the road or something. In the end, what can one do, but laugh. Ultimately, the real test of a car doesn't come from adding useless accessories that wont do jack or racing on crowded freeway and streets, risking innocent people's lives, it comes on the track. And I dare these people to challenge people there. I thank you for your time.

I happen to be a fan of imports and yet find your site very funny. Maybe some of the others should stop and think that it is funny also but by some of the hate email some of them don't even know what thinking is. Keep up the good work on the site. I LOVE IT!

Hey ricecops... Nice page you got here. About damn time some one said some thing publicly about these damn Ricers. I myself drive a tuned japanese car (turbo Integra just to be specific). But these little kids and their outside paint jobs with the altezza lights and the cracked fiberglass kits... well, it's making the rest of us real Honda racing enthuiast look bad. I mean come on! They even came out with a plastic intercooler kit for the "turbo look". What the fuck? Are they stupid or some thing? I swear, if I ever see one of those on the street, I'Il kick it in! That goes for you Domestics guys too! Just because you guys have a stock V6 with a cobra badge and a NOS sticker, don't mean you're fast! Fucking rice boys! I hate you! Do it right fools! any ways, you guys are doing a really good job...
