#4, Worse than that, it appears he's gotten wheels too small by 2'' or so, and THEN put low-profile tires on them, probably can't do more than 30 in 4th gear :D

#4, It looks like he got the stock sized rims and put low profiles on them, which screws up the gearing of the car, the speedo and other things. Brilliant!

I calculated that by putting one inch bigger rims and one size lower profile tires I'd get less than 1% seedo "cheat". It would drive and look better and have almost no side effects. But no, screw being reasonable, P.I.M.P. t3h wH33lZ, y0!

It all depends on the width of the tire ... the profile is the percentage of the width of the tire in sidewall height.
