This is kind of like a puzzle. Random numbers on the car (paint by numbers perhaps?), some mysterious stripes under the tail lights made of electrical tape, the extra large tach on this automatic car, and all the random stickers everywhere else.

Must be some kind of urban camoflauge, so that graffiti artists will pass it over, assuming someone else has already gotten it
