| I think the whole "under construction" thing that ricers have is them saying "Yea, you can whoop my ass, but EVENTUALLY I'll whoop yours", even though they never will, until they return the body kit,fart can, wing, and sell the neon, take the money that you would have spent on riceying your car and buy a Corvette or something that is actually FAST. |
