Couldn't have happened to a nicer looking car. At least they left it on blocks.

We should start and anti-rice terrorist group. Whether or not you want to act is up to you, but well claim responsibility for every rice fuck-up.

#4, Ahem - Ricecop.com IS an anti-rice terrorist group.

I can remember a while back when some ricer fourm was talking about how to have a meeting without the ricecops finding out. Something like:

"We can have a meeting behing this building in it's parking lot. It's covered by some big billboard. They'll never find up back there."

Since when are ricers concerned about unnecessary weight? Thos typical chrome rims must weigh, what, 50lb each?

#12, since they started buying carbon fiber hoods and wings or just taking the hoods off (the stratus a week ago) but your point is taken, they do that to balance it out

#13, Carbon fiber among ricers is almost entirely about image, not weight. Among real racers, CF components are usually painted to match the rest of the car. Among street racers and ricers, they leave them showing (or use fake ones) to gain street cred. I've seen a comical parody of this trend done by a guy with a heavily modded PT cruiser. He has all the performance stuff done, and instead of putting on a fake carbon fiber hood like so many do, he covered his real hood with wood-grain contact paper to match the wood trim and wood side panels.

As for this, while it's fun to laugh at stupid-looing cars, it isn't funny to see someone's car stripped like that. Sure it's stupid, but stealing someone's wheels is like breaking their feet with a crowbar to cripple them. Ricers have to have a way to get places, too, even if they want to look foolish doing it.
