yeah... they have those in Boston, Mass, too. They're called duck tours there. Its amphibious and people take tours in them. I'm pretty sure they actually came from WWII.

We have those lame duck tours in DC as well. The drivers don't always obay the laws of the roads, which probally accounts for all the scuff marks in diffrent colors on the front end on the car/boats.
