This guy must go by the "make decal" rule. The rule states that the amount of decals advertising the make of your automobile is directly proportional to speed increase of said automobile. If decals are yellow in color, multiply result by 10.

You know what? If this guy didn't have VOLVO in 24" high vinyl lettering, I would have totally missed the fact it was a VOLVO! Thanks bro! I have been schooled!
