Just wanted to let everyone know that there's a new Ricecop site in town going by the name of Plates. The site is pretty much a gallery for vanity license plates where you can check out the pictures of the plates, talk about them, and add any plates you may have seen (and taken a picture of). There are around 20 on there now and hopefully more will be added on a regular basis. Go check it out.
